Frequently Asked Questions ~
Dishwasher and Microwave:
Your items are dishwasher and microwave safe. Personally, I will use the dishwasher, I try to use the top shelf and make sure they have plenty of room around them.
Commissions:
Yes! We will do commissions, depending on what you are after and if it’s in our wheelhouse. Pottery takes a long time from start to finish, especially if it’s something very specific. Time frame on a commission piece would be about 6 to 8 weeks.
Shipping cost:
We despise shipping costs just as much as you do and try to charge as little as possible on shipping. If your shipping costs are more than a few bucks different from what you paid, I’m happy to reimburse you.
When will my item ship:
We will try to get your item in the mail within 2-3 days. That being said there are times when we are out of town for a bit and will put a notification on the website about shipping being paused.
Shipping supplies:
We try to have as minimal environmental impact as possible and like to reuse boxes and shipping supplies. If you preferer new shipping supplies, please reach out and let me know, I am happy to do that.
Gift Wrap:
If you would like to add a note or gift wrap to your item, we are happy to do that for a little extra charge.
